Refund Policy

Our Return Policy:

At this time, Childlike Faith Apparel is unable to offer refunds or exchanges of any kind. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please send us an email at clfaithapparel@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be sent back unworn or unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached to be eligible for return for store credit. Please include your packing slip with your return. In order to be eligible for store credit we must receive your item within 15 days of you receiving your order. If an item is received after the 15 day period you will be contacted to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. The customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations:

Order cancellations must occur within the first 24 hours and are eligible for store credit only.

Final Sale:

All seasonal item and accessories are FINAL SALE.

Sale Items:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned.

Exchanges:

At this time we do not offer exchanges. If your item does not fit you may place an order for a new item and send the original item back to us to be processed for store credit. If this is the case, please make sure to contact us at clfaithapparel@gmail.com to let us know. 

Is Childlike Faith Apparel responsible for lost/stolen packages?

No, We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Where do I send my return?

Email clfaithapparel@gmail.com and we will provide you with a shipping address for your return.

How do I receive my store credit?

Once the item has been received and inspected we will send an email to the email address you have provided.
